• E-learning development — I design and develop interactive learning experiences, from scenario-based modules and spaced practice sequences to full course builds. I work in both industry-standard authoring tools and emerging AI-first tools to produce content that deploys cleanly across platforms.

• Platform deployment and configuration — I build and configure learning management systems tailored to your specific needs: course structures, registration and eCommerce flows, reporting, certification, and badging. I’ve deployed systems for individual trainers, multi-course organizations, and enterprise clients — including a bilingual French/English LMS for a national industry association serving thousands of learners.

• AI-driven tools — I design and build AI-powered performance support tools — chatbots, tutors, and knowledge retrieval systems — grounded in carefully curated content.

• Accessibility and inclusive design — Every system I build addresses accessibility compliance and applies Universal Design for Learning principles. This isn’t an add-on or an afterthought — it’s how I work.

• Visual design and media production — I work solo or in collaboration with select visual design, video, audio, and interactive media production specialists to meet your exact needs. This means you’re not coordinating between multiple vendors to get a cohesive product — instructional design, UX, and visual identity are all aligned and on-brand from the start.
