You have something that needs to be made real.
A course, a platform, a performance support tool, an AI-driven knowledge system — you know what you need, and you need someone who can design it, build it, and ship it. Not just the content, but the whole system: the architecture, the user experience, the integrations, the visual design, and the media. Done right. Done accessible. Done “snick.”
I work as a hands-on designer and developer of learning and performance support systems. What sets my approach apart is that I build across the full stack of a learning product — from instructional design and content development through platform configuration and UX, to the graphic design, media production, and visual polish that make the difference between something that works and something people want to use.
What “Build it” looks like in practice
- E-learning development — I design and develop interactive learning experiences, from scenario-based modules and spaced practice sequences to full course builds. I work in industry-standard authoring tools and produce content that deploys cleanly across platforms. Recent projects include developing an emergency services dispatch training module with full media production and scriptwriting, and building multi-module regulatory compliance courses for a provincial professional governing body.
- Platform deployment and configuration — I build and configure learning management systems tailored to your specific needs: course structures, registration and eCommerce flows, reporting, certification, and badging. I’ve deployed systems for individual trainers, multi-course organizations, and enterprise clients — including a bilingual French/English LMS for a national industry association serving thousands of learners.
- AI-driven tools — I design and build AI-powered performance support tools — chatbots, tutors, and knowledge retrieval systems — grounded in carefully curated content. A current project involves building an AI-driven knowledge assistant that helps caregivers access reliable information and produce professional documentation at the point of need. These aren’t generic AI wrappers; they’re purpose-built tools that deliver the right information when it matters.
- Accessibility and inclusive design — Every system I build addresses accessibility compliance and applies Universal Design for Learning principles. This isn’t an add-on or an afterthought — it’s how I work.
- Visual design and media production — I handle graphic design, video, audio, and interactive media production in-house. This means you’re not coordinating between three vendors to get a cohesive product — the instructional design, the UX, and the visual identity are all aligned from the start. I bring over two decades of professional graphic production experience to this work, which is why clients consistently note that the finished product doesn’t just function — it looks right.
